Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced COLLISION ESTIMATOR to join our shop in Katy. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and take your career to the next level. We are willing to train the right applicant.

What we are looking for:

Team player who helps drive the overall performance of the center
Responsible for selling collision repair and refinish services
Strong sales ability and great with customers
Develop detailed estimates of the cost of services and explain the estimates to customers
Customer interaction / service, both over the phone and in-person
Develop and cultivate relationships with local and national customer accounts and insurance companies
Focus on quality
Results driven
Possesses good decision-making ability and sound judgment
Commitment to continued learning
Performs other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as needed

Background / Experience:

Prior experience as an Estimator preferred but not required
