Ivy Kids Systems is a respected and rapidly growing child care franchisor with a home base in Katy, Texas. We offer a comprehensive support model that blends high-quality early childhood education with operational and financial excellence. With decades of industry experience, our team supports franchisees in delivering strong educational outcomes and building financially healthy businesses.

Position Overview

As part of our growth strategy, we are hiring a highly experienced Franchise Business Coach (FBC) to join our team. We are seeking an experienced and financially savvy FBC to support our centers across Texas, Georgia, and additional out-of-state markets. The FBC is a key operations team member, coaching franchise owners on business performance, enrollment growth, and financial management. This role is ideal for someone who can analyze financial data, coach for results, and build trusted relationships with franchisees. This is a hybrid role, with time spent working in our centers, at our corporate office in Katy, Texas, and remotely.

Your Role:

Franchise Support – Partner with Franchise Owners

Advise on the delivery of top-tier education and trusted care.
Provide consultative advice to achieve strategic goals.
Analyze operational results, identify trends, and suggest strategies for continual improvement.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure brand standards and educational programs are consistently applied across all schools through insights gained during quality assurance reviews.
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and other operational procedures.

Financial Analysis and Benchmarking:

Provide one-on-one coaching to franchisees and center directors focused on financial performance, including budgeting, payroll analysis, and tuition strategy.
Analyze profit and loss statements, labor trends, and enrollment data to identify opportunities and guide improvement plans.
Monitor and guide centers toward achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, labor, and occupancy.
Support franchisees in implementing financial tools, including budget templates, Procare, QuickBooks, and CRM platforms.

Business Planning – Collaborate with franchise owners to:

Develop and refine franchisee business strategies.
Offer guidance in implementing community marketing plans to enhance school visibility and student enrollment.

Training Development and Delivery:

Facilitate training sessions, ensuring franchisees and their teams are equipped with the latest industry knowledge and best practices.
Support the operations team in training development and improvement.

Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

Stay updated with state and national accreditations, child care licensing rules, and ensure franchisees meet these standards.

Incident Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for reportable incidents, ensuring swift and appropriate resolution.

Operations Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, offering expert guidance and support in operations and execution of curriculum.

Your Qualifications

5+ years of experience in franchise business coaching or multi-location management
Strong financial acumen with proven experience analyzing P&Ls, payroll, and operational data
Experience in early childhood education or a related industry is a plus
Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and operational platforms such as Procare and CRM tools
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments
Comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time, including overnight travel
Must reside in the Houston/Katy area
