Full Job Description

Position Summary

Manages a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the department.

Position Details

Coordinates department calendars and manages all scheduled activities.
Prepares, edits and distributes correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, etc., as required.
Arranges and actively manages all travel logistics for executive. Prepares expense reports and ensures submission in timely manner.
Monitors, screens and assists in managing email, mail and telephone communications.
Assists with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in administrative role
Excellent knowledge of Word Processing software, Internet software, and Spreadsheet software
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write basic correspondence.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
