Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Co-Founder to join our startup initiative, driving the development and growth of groundbreaking control and automation solutions. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the new startup subsidiary company, lead operational efforts, and foster innovative collaborations. As a Co-Founder, you will be instrumental in establishing our market presence and building a sustainable, impactful organization from the ground up for the last-mile.

Duties
- Work with management to make a successful plan
- Drive business development initiatives through strategic partnerships, marketing efforts, and fundraising activities
- Collaborate closely with board members to define organizational vision, governance policies, and strategic priorities
- Identify the products/solutions from our roaster.

- Extensive experience in corporate sales strategy formulation and strategic management practices
- Proven leadership in independent operation of start-up.
