We are seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead the installation, deployment, and support of in-building wireless systems, including DAS, Small Cell, CBRS, GPS repeater, and related technologies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead field crews and subcontractors, providing clear direction, accountability, and performance oversight to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Own field project delivery from planning through completion, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to established quality standards.
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, site access, and schedules to optimize productivity and project outcomes.
- Lead and support the installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of DAS, Small Cell, CBRS, cellular booster, GPS repeater, and related wireless systems.
- Inspect field installations and validate workmanship against RF designs, construction drawings, scopes of work, OEM requirements, and company standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve field challenges, making sound decisions in the field and escalating technical or project risks when appropriate.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring OSHA compliance and industry best practices.
- Manage project costs, labor utilization, material usage, and subcontractor performance to protect project margins and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication, timely issue resolution, and regular project updates.
- Ensure field documentation is completed accurately and on time, including daily reports, photographs, test results, redlines/as-builts, material usage, and project closeout documentation.
- Provide accurate project reporting and progress tracking while keeping internal and external stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and next steps.
- Coach and develop field personnel, fostering teamwork, accountability, technical development, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- Support project planning and pre-deployment activities to ensure field teams arrive prepared with the appropriate scope, materials, tools, equipment, and documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of wireless infrastructure installation experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory, field leadership, or project lead role required; 7–10 years of industry experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role preferred.
- Strong understanding of DAS, Small Cell, CBRS, cellular booster, and related wireless network infrastructure.
- Ability to read and interpret RF designs, construction drawings, scopes of work, OEM documentation, and installation standards.
- Strong laptop and technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications, project management platforms, OEM commissioning software, web-based portals, and applications used for field troubleshooting, documentation, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead employees and subcontractors, inspect workmanship, identify deficiencies, and drive corrective action.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, labor, materials, project documentation, and multiple priorities.
- Ability to troubleshoot field issues, work independently, make sound decisions, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
- Ability to travel to North American project sites as required based on business and project needs required.
Preferred Certifications & Training
- OEM training and certifications from major wireless infrastructure manufacturers such as CommScope, Corning, Celona, Nextivity, Wilson, JMA, ADRF, SOLiD, Nokia, Ericsson, and MosoLabs.
- BICSI certifications.
- RF Safety Awareness training.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Familiarity with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment from major OEMs including Nextivity, Wilson, JMA, ADRF, CommScope/Andrew, Corning/Airspan, SOLiD, Nokia, Ericsson, Celona, and MosoLabs.

- Compensation of $60,000 base, in addition to $15,000 in annual bonus and project-based incentive opportunities.
