Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently will ensure a smooth and inviting environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team.

Hours:

Monday: 8:30-12, 2-6

Tuesday: 8:30-12, 3-6

Wednesdays: 10-2

Thursdays: 8:30-12, 2-6

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff or medical/dental offices
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with precision to maintain organized records
Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and accessible
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills

Requirements

Proven office experience or clerical background with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications is a bonus
Familiarity with phone systems and office management procedures
Bilingual (SPANISH/ENGLISH)abilities are needed
Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing schedules accurately
Previous experience as a medical/Chiropractic receptionist is a plus but not required
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
