Full Job Description

Job Overview

We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Closer to join our team and convert qualified prospects into clients inside our high-ticket coaching program.

All leads are warm inbound prospects who have already engaged with our content and scheduled a call through our funnel. There is no cold calling required.

Your role is simple but high-impact: build trust, diagnose the prospect’s situation, and help the right people make the decision to move forward.

This role is ideal for a closer who thrives in a performance-based environment, enjoys meaningful conversations, thrives on a packed schedule, and wants to help entrepreneurs transform their financial future.

Responsibilities & Expectations

Conduct inbound sales calls with qualified prospects who have booked through our funnel
Identify prospects’ goals, challenges, and investment experience
Clearly present WrapAcademy’s coaching program and its value
Guide prospects through the decision-making process and handle objections professionally
Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM
Follow up with warm prospects who require additional touchpoints
Consistently meet or exceed revenue and closing targets
Represent the WrapAcademy brand with professionalism and integrity
Go above and beyond to own the sales department with integrity and excellence
Lead calls with strong audience perception, empathy negotiations, and storytelling

Requirements

Proven experience in high-ticket sales or closing (2 YEARS MINIMUM)
Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
Ability to lead consultative sales conversations without being pushy
Comfortable working in a commission-based performance environment
Organized and disciplined with CRM usage and follow-ups
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Interest in real estate investing or entrepreneurship
