Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Location Manager to lead one of our dealership locations. This role involves overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, managing staff, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, demonstrate leadership, and have a proven track record in business development and process improvement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the success of our dealership while fostering a positive environment for team members and customers alike.

Duties

Lead the overall management of the dealership location, including sales, parts, and service departments.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Supervise staff performance, provide coaching, and promote a high-performance team culture.
Oversee profit and loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Drive business development initiatives to expand customer base and market share.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for various operational initiatives.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Proven management experience within a dealership or related industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
Expertise in strategic planning, business development, and project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage profit & loss statements effectively.
Supervising experience with a focus on employee development and performance management.
Knowledge of sales techniques, process improvement strategies, and operational best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships across diverse audiences.
