Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and administrative tasks, with proficiency in various accounting software. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.

Duties

Manage day-to-day office operations, including overseeing administrative staff and ensuring efficient workflow.
Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records to support business operations.
Utilize accounting software such as Quicken for managing accounts payable and conducting account analysis.
Process debits and credits accurately while ensuring compliance with technical accounting standards.
Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and assist in preparing financial reports.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents related to accounting and office management.
Provide support in budgeting processes and monitor expenditures against budgetary limits.
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reporting as needed.

Experience

Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in a financial or accounting environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits, credits, account reconciliation, and technical accounting practices.
Proficiency in 10 key typing skills and familiarity with various accounting software applications is essential.
Experience with accounts payable processes and account analysis is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work is crucial for success in this position.
