What You'll Do

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and community policies
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and the care team
Support CNAs and other direct care staff to ensure quality resident care
Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and quality improvement efforts
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with nursing standards and regulations
Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents and team members

Qualifications

Current Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
CPR certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire
Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living preferred, but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while providing exceptional resident care
