Full Job Description

Description

The Springs at Sunnyview is an independent living community for older adults where residents enjoy an active, maintenance-free lifestyle. We are seeking an Administrator who will lead daily community operations, foster an exceptional resident experience, and inspire a team dedicated to hospitality and service.

Duties include but are not limited to the following elements:

Effectively and dynamically leads, motivates, and inspires employees to consistently perform their duties to the highest standards.
Support the day-to-day operations of our community
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient PC skills including e-mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, verbal, electronic formats.

Qualifications

Strong organizational ability and proven experience seeing the big picture in an organization
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
Ability to pass a drug test and a criminal background
