Full Job Description

Job Summary

This position is an onsite role and responsible for developing and executing social media, influencer, and digital content strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive audience engagement, and support business growth. Operating within an internal agency model, this role serves multiple brands and stakeholders across the organization, providing strategic marketing support, and creative solutions while performing the following duties.

Essential Job Duties

Campaign Strategy & Planning – 50%

· Develops and owns social media strategy across all brands and platforms (organic, paid, influencer)

· Builds platform-specific strategies aligned to each brand's audience, goals, and campaign calendar

· Leads planning sessions with internal stakeholders to align social goals with company seasonal focuses.

· Translates business objectives into social-first strategies tied to measurable outcomes (reach, engagement, traffic, conversion)

· Monitors platform changes, algorithm shifts, cultural trends, and competitor activity to keep strategy current

Influencer Program – 20%

· Manages and grows the influencer program: outreach, creator selection, relationship building, briefing, coordination

· Negotiates partnerships, deliverables, and compensation/trade terms

· Tracks performance and ROI

· Stays current on influencer trends and platform-specific partnership opportunities

Paid Social & Advertising – 20%

· Leads planning and execution of paid social on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), working closely with design, copy, and DTC teams

· Manages and optimizes campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite: targeting, creative, budget, A/B testing, daily monitoring

· Partners on integrated digital advertising connecting paid social with email, display, search, and other channels

· Delivers performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders

· Identifies and tests emerging ad formats, targeting options, and platform features

Platform & Community Management – 10%

· Manages and reports on brand activity across Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, maintaining a distinct voice and strategy per platform

· Owns brand profiles on Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, and Yelp; keeps info, photos, and listings accurate

· Monitors comments, messages, and mentions; responds in a timely, on-brand way

· Measures strategy effectiveness against goals; adjusts tactics based on data; collaborates on attribution and reporting frameworks

Compensation:

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and overall alignment with the requirements of the position.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $65,001.00 per year
