Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Paramedics to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, and delivering appropriate medical interventions.

Duties

Respond promptly to calls and provide exceptional patient care.
Conduct thorough patient assessments.
Administer medications and perform advanced life support procedures as necessary.
Monitor vital signs and manage situations effectively.
Utilize aseptic techniques while performing procedures to prevent infection.
Drive emergency vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to traffic laws.
Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and equipment (DME) relevant to patient care.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care during patient transport.
Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in compliance with protocols.

Qualifications

Certification/Licensure as a Paramedic in the State of Texas
Valid TX state driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care.
Proficient in patient assessment techniques and vital signs monitoring.
Knowledge of treatment modalities and medication administration protocols.
Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy is essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Previous experience in emergency medical services is preferred but not required.
