Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining a variety of industrial machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Your expertise in machine operation, technical troubleshooting, and quality control will drive the success of our manufacturing operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality product output while honing your skills in advanced machining and fabrication techniques.

Duties

Set up and operate various production machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC machining centers.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing documents to ensure precise fabrication and assembly.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards.
Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain optimal production flow.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure safety standards are met and equipment operates efficiently.
Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment; prepare parts for packaging and shipment.
Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, ensuring quality control and adherence to production schedules.
Use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software like SolidWorks for interpreting design specifications when necessary.
Most be bilingual-English and Spanish

Qualifications

Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or CNC programming is highly preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Familiarity with Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) programming, and industrial troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to read shop math, perform basic calculations, and utilize precision measurement tools including micrometers and calipers.
Experience with fabrication processes such as stamping, machining, assembly, and materials handling is advantageous.
Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace.
Hands-on experience with tooling setup, shop math, quality control procedures, and factory operations preferred.
Strong communication skills for interpreting technical documents and collaborating within a team environment.
