Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our community. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help foster a positive environment for residents, visitors, and staff alike.

Responsibilities

Greet residents, visitors, and vendors warmly while managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Handle phone reception with excellent etiquette, directing calls efficiently and taking accurate messages when needed
Manage office operations including filing, data entry, calendar management, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Assist with clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software
Support front desk duties by managing visitor sign-in procedures and coordinating access to the community or office areas
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and communicating effectively with clients and team members
Maintain a tidy, organized workspace while demonstrating strong time management skills to prioritize daily tasks

Requirements

Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse community effectively
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Excellent computer literacy with familiarity in data entry, Word processing, and general clerical functions
Prior office experience with customer service or front desk responsibilities is essential
Exceptional organizational skills coupled with effective time management to handle multiple priorities seamlessly
Demonstrated phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing client communication support
Personal assistant or office support experience involving calendar management and bookkeeping is advantageous
