Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Clinical Pharmacist to join our Specialty Pharmacy team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive medication management.
Specialty pharmacy experience is not required - you’ll receive focused training as part of a 6-week onboarding program designed to build your confidence and prepare you to thrive in this impactful role.

- Growth-Oriented: Clinical pharmacists have the opportunity to train and work within specialized, disease-state focused care pods, gaining expertise in high-impact areas including:
Oncology and Hematology
Hepatitis B and C
Autoimmune Conditions in Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology
Asthma and Allergy
Pulmonary and cardiology/bleeding Disorders
Transplant Medicine
Cystic Fibrosis (CF)
Neurologic Conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Epilepsy, and Migraine
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: The Clinical Pharmacist role reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; and formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice.

License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.

Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.
The pay range for this position is $58.85 to $79.63 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
