Receptionist for a car dealership in Chamblee on Peachtree Industrial. Part time as needed

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job description:

Jibe Staffing is seeking a front desk Receptionist for our client in Chamblee. Apply on our website at JibeStaffing.com select submit application. Call us once you have completed this process.

Hours are 7:30am-7pm or as needed to fill in - MUST BE AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS and some weekdays as needed.

Must be available to train during this week for 2-4 hours and training is paid.

Pay is $15 hourly

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for a car dealership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and strong organizational abilities. This role involves managing front desk, providing exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls, and guiding the customers as they arrive in the dealership. This is on a as needed basis 11-hour shifts. The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in multitasking, and maintaining a positive, professional environment.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking accurate messages as needed and the ability to transfer incoming calls.
Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Assist with office by maintaining the fridge with water and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area.
Support administrative functions including typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting personal assistant duties when required.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Experience

Prior experience in office or administrative roles is essential; previous clerical experience is highly valued.
Proven ability to operate multi-line phone systems and manage front desk responsibilities efficiently.
Bilingual skills are preferred to assist diverse client interactions effectively.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for documentation and communication tasks.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
