Praxis Management Group, a performance‑focused sales and business consulting firm based in Atlanta, is adding an Entry Level Assistant Manager to support AT&T Fiber’s expansion. The Entry Level Assistant Manager masters sales fundamentals, educates residents on fiber‑optic reliability, and manages territory execution.

As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will champion AT&T Fiber, the engine behind the nation's most reliable network. The Entry Level Assistant Manager’s training provides the tools to articulate its technical and lifestyle benefits, driving adoption in Atlanta. By securing fiber sales, you directly contribute to a virtuous sales cycle that also attracts high-value clients, making you pivotal to sustained market growth.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Assistant Manager

Present AT&T Fiber solutions to residential prospects, connecting fiber speed to household needs like streaming, gaming, and remote work to drive sales.
Coach and support sales associates, conducting daily reviews and mentoring sessions to strengthen closing ratios and customer engagement.
Oversee enrollment workflows, ensuring service agreements, activations, and hardware installations are processed with precision to secure sales conversions.
Evaluate territory performance by analyzing Atlanta sales data and competitor pricing, refining outreach schedules to expand AT&T Fiber’s market share.
Contribute to leadership briefings, aligning campaign strategies with Wi‑Fi 7 launches and multi‑gigabit fiber promotions that drive new sales.
Assist in talent development, guiding new hires from trainee status to productive sales associates to sustain team scalability and revenue growth

Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Assistant Manager

Experience in sales or customer‑ facing industries, with a track record of building strong relationships and achieving sales goals.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate fiber‑optic technology benefits into persuasive sales messaging.
Skilled in account management and team coordination, balancing customer enrollment accuracy with KPI tracking and recruitment support.
Resilient, goal‑oriented professional motivated to grow into telecommunications leadership roles through sales performance and team development.

Pay: $3,958.58 - $4,689.26 per month
