Who We're Looking For
AdClass is looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist with specific experience in the high-ticket coaching, consulting, and education space. You know what a book-a-call funnel looks like when it's working and when it isn't. You've run paid media for clients selling high-ticket offers through direct response funnels, and you understand the full customer journey from cold traffic to closed sale.
You're a systems thinker who gets energized by diving deep into performance data, building scalable campaign frameworks, and taking full ownership of $100K+ monthly ad spend with complete accountability for results. You don't take "I don't know" for an answer. You dig until you find it. And you bring that same standard to the Media Buyer you'll be leading alongside you.
Who We Are
AdClass is a performance marketing agency built for coaches, educators, online experts, and consultants who are serious about growth. We run paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other niche platforms for clients with high-ticket offers: book-a-call funnels, webinar funnels, VSLs, and everything in between. We don't chase vanity metrics; our goal is to generate revenue for our clients above all and to help them scale their business.
We operate in two-person pods. A Performance Marketing Strategist (that's you) and a Performance Marketing Associate (PMA, or media buyer) working together on a shared client roster. Outside of your pod, you will be supported by the Head of Agency Operations, the Creative team, and through collaboration with other pod teams. You'll own the strategy, set the direction, and be the person the client trusts most when things get hard. The relationship you build with clients can be just as important as the numbers you produce for them.
We're collaborative, relational, and genuinely invested in each other's growth. We do daily standups, move fast, give real feedback, and have a lot of fun doing it. If you've come from an agency where you felt like a cog, this will feel different.
At the heart of our success are our core values that define how we operate and who we trust with our clients:
- Dig Deep: We don't take "I don't know" for an answer and consistently seek systematic solutions to performance challenges
- Do It Right: We maintain strict attention to detail because small improvements compound into significant results
- Add Value: We focus on measurable outcomes that drive real business growth
- Love on People: We build strong teams through systematic development and mutual support

What You’ll Own
Campaign Strategy and Performance
You own results across your pod's client roster. Lead quality, show rates, and revenue are your north stars, not vanity metrics. That means architecting campaign strategy across Meta and Google for high-ticket direct response offers, running structured testing programs with clear hypotheses and documented learnings, and analyzing performance data deeply enough to know not just what happened but why and what to do next. You'll identify funnel-level issues proactively before they become client problems and flag them early rather than hiding behind metrics.
Technical and Reporting
You build and maintain conversion tracking across Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and attribution platforms. You own Looker Studio dashboards for each client, built around the metrics that actually reflect business health, and you ensure clean data flow between ad platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools. Proficiency with HYROS, ClickFunnels, or GoHighLevel is a strong plus.
Pod Leadership and Client Communication
You lead and develop your PMA, giving clear strategic direction and building their skills over time. You run a communication cadence that keeps clients informed and confident, present performance insights clearly and tied to business outcomes, and you're the person who raises problems before anyone has to ask.
What We're Looking For
The right person for this role has been doing this for a while and has the results to show for it. They don't need to be told what to do next in an account, they already know. They lead from the front, build trust with clients naturally, and hold themselves to a higher standard than anyone around them will.
Required Technical Expertise
- 3 to 5+ years managing paid media with documented performance outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with high-ticket direct response funnels: book-a-call, webinar, VSL, or lead magnet models in coaching, consulting, education, or equivalent verticals. You understand the full customer journey from cold traffic to closed sale, and you design campaigns accordingly.
- Comfortable with significant monthly budgets ($100,000+ as a starting point) and full accountability for the outcomes.
- Funnel thinking is second nature. You understand cold, warm, and hot traffic, and you strategize for each.
- Technical proficiency with tracking, analytics, AI fluency, and attribution systems (specifically HYROS, Claude/ChatGPT, WebinarJam, Clarity, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel).
- Strong analytics and reporting skills. You can turn a dashboard into a clear next action.
- Fluent English. You can hold your own in client calls and written communication with US-based teams.
Strategic & Leadership Capabilities
- Proven ownership mentality with track record of taking full responsibility for performance outcomes.
- Experience working alongside a media buyer or leading a team, with an ability to delegate clearly and develop someone else's skills.
- Problem-solving approach that digs deep into performance challenges to find lasting solutions.
- Strategic planning skills with ability to develop and execute systematic optimization frameworks.
The Mindset We’re Hiring For
- You take ownership of outcomes. If results are off, you're already on top of it before anyone asks.
- You communicate proactively. Clients and teammates always know what's happening and where things stand.
- You build trust with clients as naturally as you build strategy. Both matter here.
- You're coachable, and you give back. You want to be developed, and you want to help build others up.
- You're genuinely curious about why things work, not just what to do next.
- You can hold multiple clients and priorities without losing the thread on any of them.

This Role Is NOT for You If:
- You need step-by-step direction to manage an account day-to-day.
- You're more comfortable executing tasks than owning outcomes.
- Client-facing communication makes you uncomfortable.
- You want to focus on brand or content marketing over direct response performance.
- You prefer solo execution over owning the direction of a two-person pod or being able to delegate tasks to the relevant team member.
-----
What Success Looks Like
- Month 1: Get oriented. Learn the philosophy, the systems, and how we run accounts. Learn alongside an active pod in their campaigns, identify the biggest opportunities, and establish a performance baseline. Come to leadership with your first set of strategic recommendations, ready to take on the world for your first clients.
- Months 2 to 3: First batch of client onboardings and working directly with your PMA. You're starting to own the strategy, and the client relationships are taking shape.
- Months 4 to 6: Running your pod with confidence. Clients know you, trust you, and are seeing consistent performance improvement. Your reporting is tight and your Media Buyer is developing under your direction. Full client roster capacity achieved.
- Year 1 and beyond: You're one of the best strategists at the company. You're contributing to how AdClass thinks about performance, helping develop others, and driving real revenue growth for clients who are actively referring people to us because of what your pod has done.
This is a role for someone who's ready to own something. Not manage it. Not execute it. Own it. If that's how you've always approached your work, you're going to love it here.
