Job Summary

We are seeking a polished, attentive, and highly communicative Front Desk Concierge to help deliver an elevated hospitality experience for our members and guests.

Our space was built around community, connection, and experience, and our Front Desk Concierge plays an essential role in bringing that to life. This is not a passive front desk position. You are the first point of contact, the gatekeeper of the member experience, and an important part of maintaining the standards of our space.

We are looking for someone who is naturally engaged, observant, and proactive. Someone who notices when a member needs assistance, communicates confidently, understands the importance of policies and procedures, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Luxury hospitality is found in the details — remembering a member's name, acknowledging someone when they arrive, anticipating a need before being asked, maintaining an immaculate space, and ensuring every member enters their experience informed and prepared.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet and acknowledge every member and guest entering and leaving the studio
Accurately check members into classes using our member management and check-in system
Confidently operate our point-of-sale (POS) system and process purchases and transactions
Serve as the gatekeeper of the studio, consistently and professionally upholding check-in procedures, class policies, and facility standards
Ensure members are properly checked in, prepared, and directed to the appropriate class or area
Actively communicate with members rather than waiting for them to approach the desk
Build genuine relationships by learning members' names, preferences, and routines
Answer questions about classes, memberships, services, amenities, and studio policies
Provide thoughtful studio tours to prospective members and guests
Assist with membership inquiries and help guests understand the options available to them
Maintain strong communication with instructors, members, and management throughout each shift
Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout the studio
Continuously monitor the front desk, lobby, restrooms, and common areas for cleanliness and presentation
Restock towels, amenities, retail, and supplies before they become depleted
Support smooth transitions between classes and communicate important information to instructors
Address member questions and concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
Take initiative during downtime by identifying what needs attention without waiting for direction
Consistently uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Naturally warm, personable, and confident initiating conversations
Exceptional attention to detail and awareness of your surroundings
A hospitality-first mindset with genuine care for the member experience
High standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation
Comfortable learning and operating POS, scheduling, and member management systems
Able to confidently and respectfully enforce studio policies
Professional, polished, and composed demeanor
Proactive rather than reactive — you notice what needs to be done and take action
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Comfortable multitasking without losing attention to the members in front of you
Previous luxury hospitality, boutique fitness, hotel, spa, restaurant, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
Bilingual abilities are a plus

Hours & Availability

Our studio operates between 4:30 AM and 8:30 PM, with shifts scheduled within those operating hours.

Candidates must have reliable availability for scheduled shifts, which may include:

Early morning opening shifts
Daytime shifts
Evening closing shifts
Weekend shifts as needed

Part-time availability is welcome. We are looking for team members who can provide consistent and dependable availability within our operating hours.

Because the Front Desk Concierge is responsible for opening the member experience and maintaining coverage throughout the day, punctuality and reliability are essential to this role.

Our Concierge is not simply stationed at the front desk. You are the eyes and ears of the studio and the gatekeeper of our standards. You help ensure that every person entering the space is welcomed, properly checked in, informed, prepared, and cared for.

Members should never feel like they are interrupting or simply completing a transaction. They should feel seen, acknowledged, and valued.

We expect our Concierge team to communicate, pay attention, maintain the environment, protect our standards, and actively contribute to the community we are building.
