Full Job Description

Location: Kennewick, WA

Document Control Clerk

Wage: $20-$24 / hour

Responsibilities

Process contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders & change orders while maintaining data integrity through a variety of procedural steps in accordance with well-defined procedures and guidelines
Interface and provide support on a routine basis with a variety of project personnel
Perform other administrative activities/assignments as directed by supervisor
Operate standard office equipment

Skills and Qualifications

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Good organizational skills
Data entry
Multi-tasking abilities
Good communication skills
Must demonstrate a positive attitude and work effectively with all team members
Ability to perform multiple tasks and easily adjust to shifting priorities
Must have great attention to detail

Education and Experience

Previous document control experience in construction work environment
