Your Impact as Weekend Day Shift Caregiver (7:00am-7:00pm):

You’ll be responsible for supporting residents through their morning routines and daytime care needs while maintaining a calm, engaging, and well-organized household. This role focuses on personal care, medication awareness, meals, house cleanliness, and resident engagement during the most active part of the day.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

· Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

· Safely support residents with mobility, transfers, and transportation

· Administer medications accurately and on time (must be nurse-delegated)

· Prepare nutritious meals that meet individual dietary preferences

· Follow personalized care plans to meet each resident’s unique needs

· Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship

· Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition and vital signs

· Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

· Help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

What You’ll Need to Join Us:

· Active Health Care Assistant (HCA) certification or Certified nursing assistant (CNA) license.

· Nurse Delegation, Certification in CPR/First Aid, Food Handlers, and Dementia Certification.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

· Ability to lift and assist residents safely while maintaining their dignity and comfort.

· Demonstrate empathy and patience when working with residents with varying needs

· Understanding of resident rights and commitment to providing care that respects individual preferences and choices.

· Experience in caregiving in an adult family home or similar setting (preferred)

· Submit to Background Checks and TB Screening
