Job Title: Business Services Director

Location: Richland, WA, Hybrid

Position Type: Full-Time, Executive

Position Summary

SIGN is seeking a Business Services Director to serve as an executive champion and operational leader for our organization. This role will lead and optimize SIGN’s financial, legal/compliance, technology, human resources and business operations.

As a strategic leader, the Director will optimize cohesion, efficiency, and cross-operational harmony to these functional areas. Reporting directly to the CEO, they will collaborate closely with internal leadership to champion legal/regulatory compliance, financial efficiency, proactive risk management, and technology optimization organization wide. The Directors goal is to build resilient systems that support, resource, and elevate the day-to-day work of our established teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

Executive Leadership & Oversight of Business Services

Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight for financial, legal/compliance, technology, human resources and business operations.

Compliance, Risk Management & Internal Collaboration

Collaborate with internal leadership to ensure strict legal adherence, proactive risk management, and regulatory compliance organization wide.

Strategic Planning

Work with the CEO and leadership team to develop strategic plans that support SIGN’s mission.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, Health Sciences, or a related field. An MBA or advanced professional degree is desired.

Professional Experience: 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in business operations, corporate services, or financial management.

Cross-Functional Knowledge: Deep expertise in running complex financial, human resources, technology, or regulatory operations.

Strategic Resource Management: Demonstrated experience analyzing operational expenses and strategically allocating resources (such as technology infrastructure) to maximize efficiency.

Compliance & Risk Management: Strong familiarity with navigating legal frameworks, labor laws, financial controls, and regulatory compliance standards is preferred.

What We Offer

100-160k depending on experience
