Job Title: Lead Scheduler

Company: Re-Bath of Tri-Cities

We are currently seeking a dynamic Lead Scheduler to join our team at Re-Bath of Tri-Cities. As the voice of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Job Duties:

Follow up with clients who have expressed their interest in our free in home bathroom consultation.
Make 75-100 outbound calls with the goal of scheduling clients for their free in home consultation.
Remain adaptable and ready to undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management and ownership.
Cultivate positive and professional relationships with colleagues, management, and support resources, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.

Requirements:

Proficiency in computer and cell phone usage, with a strong command of essential software and applications.
1-3 years of scheduling experience.
Demonstrated effectiveness in telephone communication, ensuring clear and concise interactions with customers and stakeholders.
Minimum of one year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally as part of job responsibilities.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Experience with Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Salesforce is advantageous.
Proficiency in Spanish (bilingual) is desirable.
An outgoing personality is a plus.
Successful completion of a background check is required.

Compensation:

Up to $41,600.00 annually, commensurate with experience.
