REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21+
- Reliable transportation that can safely fit equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably
- Ability to bend (to pick up cords, plug in equipment, etc.)
- Ability to comfortably and regularly speak in front of a crowd
- Ability to receive and implement feedback
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable being in a bar or bar-like setting
- Able to handle and maintain busy crowds
- Public Speaking Skills
- Time management skills
- Learn computer software proficiently and effectively
- Learn company equipment properly (laptops, speakers, mixer, amplifier, wireless mics, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical difficulties according to training procedures
Responsibilities
- Engage and entertain guests by hosting our karaoke, trivia, & DJ services for both public and private events.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with patrons and fulfilling song requests.
- Utilize strong communication skills to announce singers and keep the crowd engaged.
- Be prepared for heavy lifting tasks during equipment setup and breakdown.
