Full Job Description

Plastics Blow Molding Process Operator

Global Packaging Manufacturer | Kenosha, WI

Pay: $20/hr + shift differential | Arrangement: Contract-to-hire | Openings: Two roles with clear advancement potential

Is this you?

Have 2+ years of experience as a machine operator in manufacturing?
Worked with plastics processes like blow molding, injection molding, thermoforming, or extrusion—or in highly automated plastics production?
Comfortable navigating computerized production controls?
Understand hydraulics, pneumatics, temperature control, and automation fundamentals?
Known for precision, reliability, and a desire to learn?

What you’ll take on

Set up and run automated blow molding lines for industrial plastic containers
Continuously monitor performance through control systems and make on-the-fly adjustments
Execute dimensional and wall-thickness inspections to meet spec
Trim excess material and ensure parts are production-ready
Maintain consistent material flow and restock supplies
Troubleshoot minor issues; escalate complex problems quickly
Keep your area safe, clean, and audit-ready

Schedules

Training (2–6 weeks)

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, or
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

After training

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
