Office Administrator – Dental Laboratory

Full-Time | On-Site | Maryland, USA

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our dental laboratory. This role involves dental case coordination, communication with dental offices, scheduling, email and phone support, and maintaining accurate case information.

English and Korean speakers are preferred.

Responsibilities

Track dental case due dates and delivery requests
Monitor case alerts and timed delivery requests
Track custom abutment orders
Send emails regarding case updates, due dates, shade requests, design confirmations, required records, and other case-related matters
Update work tickets and case information
Create and maintain case/work orders
Check emails for case updates, attachments, and requests from dental offices
Schedule case pickups and coordinate deliveries
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Coordinate custom shade appointments
Track cases that are on hold and follow up as necessary
Communicate with dental offices and internal laboratory departments
Perform general office administrative and coordination duties

Qualifications

Organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using computers, email, and office systems
Able to manage multiple cases, tasks, and deadlines
Dependable and able to follow established procedures
Able to communicate professionally with dental offices and internal team members
English and Korean speakers preferred
Dental office or dental laboratory experience is a plus, but not required
Training will be provided
