Mission
The Purchasing / Procurement Coordinator will support Little Tikes sourcing and cost optimization initiatives by providing supplier coordination, cost comparison, systems support, and cross-functional project assistance.
This entry-level role will contribute to data-driven sourcing decisions, new product launches, and continuous improvement efforts within Little Tikes, while also providing sourcing support across other MGA brands as needed.

1. Sourcing & Vendor Coordination (45%)
· Assist in identifying and evaluating cost-effective suppliers for Little Tikes materials and components, including resin, packaging, finished goods, product components, and tooling.
· Support RFQ/RFx processes by creating, issuing, and tracking quote requests.
· Prepare structured bid comparison analyses evaluating cost and delivery.
· Assist in validating pricing through competitive benchmarking and cost investigation.
· Maintain close oversight of suppliers and open commitments to ensure on-time delivery, proactively resolve delays, and mitigate potential supply or cost risks.
2. Cost Analysis, Reporting & Systems Support (35%)
· Build and maintain spreadsheets to track savings, cost reductions, and sourcing activity.
· Assist in developing basic should-cost data inputs and cost breakdown analyses.
· Support spend analysis activities.
· Enter and maintain approved negotiated pricing in internal systems.
· Support KPI reporting and cost performance tracking for Little Tikes and assigned MGA brands.
· Contribute to improving templates, trackers, and reporting tools to enhance procurement visibility and governance.
3. Product Development & Launch Support (10%)
· Support sourcing activities for new product launches.
· Request and track product samples for Engineering and Design approvals.
· Partner with Product Development, Engineering, and Planning to help ensure cost targets and timelines are achieved.
4. MGA Brand Support/Other Duties as Assigned (10%)
· Support sourcing of materials required for initiatives, including supplier communication, cost analysis, and timeline coordination.
· Assist with sourcing materials for retail displayers, packaging updates, and related components.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure rework and displayer material needs meet cost and timing expectations.

Minimum Qualifications
· Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
· Internship or academic exposure to procurement, supply chain, analytics, manufacturing, or cost analysis preferred.
· ERP or data system exposure is a plus.
· Purposeful self-starter with strong desire to build a career in procurement and sourcing.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas required; pivot tables preferred).
Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
