Compliance Manager (Contract) | Bellevue, WA

Location: Bellevue, WA (100% Onsite, 5 Days/Week)
Duration: Contract Assignment through February 2027

$1800 per week top end pay rate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Manager to support an enterprise-level Post Investigation Remediation Program. This position is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of corporate experience who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high degree of accuracy in reporting, documentation, and data management activities.

This is not a traditional, senior-level program management role. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting program operations, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and managing data within ServiceNow and other business systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support one or more functions of the Post Investigation Remediation Program, including Training & Communications, Reporting & Metrics, Individual Incident Remediation, Continuous Improvement, or Effectiveness Monitoring.
Prepare reports, dashboards, metrics, and executive-level summaries.
Track program activities and maintain accurate documentation and records.
Capture detailed meeting notes using established templates and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Perform complex and accurate data entry within ServiceNow and related systems.
Coordinate remediation activities and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Develop employee communications, training materials, job aids, and program resources.
Assist with compliance initiatives, awareness campaigns, risk assessments, and process improvement efforts.
Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend operational enhancements.
Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years of professional corporate experience required.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision while managing multiple priorities.
Experience preparing reports, documenting meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management/ticketing platforms preferred.
Prior experience in compliance, program coordination, project coordination, operations, risk, audit, legal operations, or a related field is a plus.
