Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role is vital in maintaining efficient workflows, supporting team productivity, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to manage office processes effectively. As an Office Manager, you will be fostering a welcoming atmosphere while handling diverse responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette
Oversee office management tasks such as supply ordering, filing systems, and maintaining office equipment
Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for staff and executive meetings using productivity software and Google Workspace tools
Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and basic accounting functions utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Support client communication through professional correspondence, bilingual communication (if applicable), and customer service interactions
Organize and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and files to ensure accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval of information
Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, word processing, and managing office emails to uphold high standards of accuracy and professionalism

Pay: $24.39 - $29.38 per hour

Work Location: In person
