Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales platforms and digital marketing initiatives. This role is vital in driving growth, optimizing user experience, and elevating our brand presence across digital channels. As an E-Commerce Manager, you will harness your expertise in digital marketing, website management, and data analytics to create engaging shopping experiences that convert visitors into loyal customers.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a strong working knowledge in the following areas:

Email marketing - Klaviyo
Meta / Google Ads
Shopify Platform + Applications
Yotpo loyalty / reviews
Dietary Supplements / Natural Wellness
Data Analytics, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem Solving

Responsibilities

Write, design, and execute email marketing campaigns and flows in Klaviyo to achieve AOV and CLV targets.
Write, design, and execute ads to drive the target segment to our website for conversion.
Execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance overall site performance driving subscribe and save purchases. Manage and optimize the company’s websites to drive results by ensuring seamless navigation, compelling content creation, and effective product listings.
Utilize SEO/GEO tools and techniques to improve search engine rankings, conduct keyword research, and implement on-page and off-page SEO/GEO strategies.
Implement conversion optimization tactics by analyzing user behavior with Google Analytics / Microsoft Clarity and A/B testing to maximize sales and reduce site/cart abandonment.
Oversee digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (AdWords), Meta Advertising, and display ads to drive targeted traffic profitably.
Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe, Figma, or Canva for promotional banners, email campaigns, and social media content.
Monitor performance marketing metrics daily; generate detailed reports on campaign effectiveness using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SQL queries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic design, customer service, and developers (internal and external) to create compelling content that aligns with marketing goals.
Manage email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools; segment audiences for personalized outreach that nurtures leads and boosts conversions in Klaviyo.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO/GEO/AI best practices, e-commerce innovations, and emerging technologies to continuously refine strategies.

Experience

Proven experience (2+ years) operating e-commerce platforms (D2C, selling CPG preferred) with a strong understanding of Shopify.
Demonstrated expertise in SEO/GEO tools, SEM campaigns (Google AdWords), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website customization, data analysis, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Skilled in content creation including copywriting for product descriptions, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts. Advanced usage of Klaviyo including campaigns, flows, email segmentation, and operation.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe, Canva, or Figma for visual content development.
Experience implementing conversion rate optimization techniques through user experience improvements and performance analytics.
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies within an e-commerce environment is a plus.
