Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Marketing & Brand Management

Design, manage, and maintain the company website and social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
Develop and execute online marketing campaigns
Create, manage, and optimize email and client drip marketing campaigns
Design and distribute client correspondence, including welcome packages, thank-you cards, and other marketing materials

Client & Transaction Support

Coordinate closing details and communications with clients
Develop and present loan process timelines to clients
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, settlement agents, insurance agents, clients, and investors

Loan Pipeline Management

Manage an active pipeline of loans and ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently
Provide timely communication to clients and referral partners as key milestones are reached
Track, manage, and follow up on new leads and referral opportunities
Submit complete loan files to processing in accordance with investor guidelines and underwriting requirements
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant throughout the loan process
