Schwartz Insurance Group is one of Kentucky's leading independent insurance advisory firms. We help businesses protect what they've built through commercial insurance, employee benefits, risk management, and strategic guidance.

We're growing and looking for a relationship-driven sales professional to help expand our presence throughout Louisville and the surrounding communities.

This is not a transactional sales role. This is an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, and community leaders while building a book of business that creates recurring income year after year.

What You'll Actually Do

You'll spend your time meeting business owners, building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and helping companies make informed decisions about protecting their business.

You'll:

Meet with business owners and decision-makers throughout the Louisville market
Build relationships through networking, referrals, community involvement, and prospecting
Develop Centers of Influence (COIs) including CPAs, bankers, attorneys, payroll providers, HR consultants, and other business professionals
Conduct discovery meetings to understand a company's operations, risks, and goals
Collaborate with our internal team to develop insurance and risk management strategies
Present recommendations and solutions to business leaders
Build a long-term book of business that generates recurring renewal income
Become a recognized resource within the local business community

Income Potential

Your earnings are driven by the relationships you build, the clients you help, and the book of business you create.

Unlike many sales roles where you start over every January, the insurance industry allows you to build a recurring book of business. As your client relationships grow and renew, your income compounds over time through new business production, client retention, referrals, and recurring renewal revenue.

There is no cap on earnings. Your success is driven by your ability to build relationships, earn trust, and become a valued advisor to business owners throughout the Louisville community and surrounding markets.

Average Performer Earnings

Year 1: $65,000 - $85,000

Year 2: $100,000 - $150,000

Year 3+: $150,000+

Top Performer Earnings

Year 1: $85,000 - $105,000

Year 2: $150,000 - $250,000

Year 3+: $250,000+
