WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitor aged AR Insurance balances and assist facilities in collection efforts as necessary or directed by AR SWAT Support Team Lead.

Partner and work with Campus Business Office Manager and/or Field Support team to identify problem areas for collection and billing.

Prepare account summary and related documents when it is necessary to escalate problem accounts to the outside attorney group for collection.

Audit, bill and adjust resident accounts with outstanding Insurance balances.

Review Insurance EOB's/remits for correct cash posting.
-
Assist with Clearinghouse Management for accurate claims billing.

Assist with Matrix Care set up of payers and Insurance claim data.
-
Review zero-pay EOB's/remits for accurate cash posting in Matrix.

Enter adjustments on resident accounts from EOB’s/Remits to ensure accurate payer account billing.
-
Verify timely billing of Insurance claims.

Identify and recommend solutions to problems, manage multiple tasks efficiently, work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 20lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
