Responsibilities

Ensure positive customer experience with every interaction
Deepening relationships with customers by selling additional products
Conducting needs-based policy reviews and updating policies and coverage as needed
Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products and brokered products where available
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
Generating quotes at high volumes
Maintaining accurate documentation in agency systems
Maintain required licenses
Coordinates the Claims and Claims Follow Up process
Prepares quotes, writes new business, and follows up on unsold quotes
Sets Financial Service Appointments for Agent and FS
Handles policy changes for customers
Takes payments from customers
Answers customer questions and follows up on unresolved issues
Opens office, stops call forwarding, obtains voice mail messages
Obtains/secures ALL "trailing documents" from clients
Participates in weekly Agency Training, required CE and Allstate training
Calls on telemarketing and all leads provided by Agent

Experience

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Confident, self-starter who works well independently
Ability to effectively work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience
Efficient and driven to fulfill customer needs
Strong computer skills
Must have ability to multi-task
Strong organizational skills
A Property & Casualty license with one year minimum insurance agency experience preferred
