Full Job Description

Certified Trainer and Group Fitness Coach

Anytime Fitness Epicenter is looking for an energetic, motivated, and passionate Personal/Group Trainer to join our team! If you love fitness, enjoy helping people reach their goals, and want to build meaningful relationships with clients, we want to hear from you.

As a Personal Trainer, you will work one on one with members to help them improve their strength, fitness, confidence, and overall health. You’ll also be part of a supportive team focused on creating a positive and welcoming gym environment.

What You'll Do

Conduct safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions
Create workouts based on each client's goals, fitness level, and abilities
Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing motivation and accountability
Complete fitness consultations and help members understand their training options
Track client progress and adjust programs as needed
Maintain a professional and positive presence on the gym floor
Help members feel comfortable, welcomed, and supported
Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, sessions, and goals
Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing education
Follow all Anytime Fitness policies and safety standards
Help contribute to a positive club culture and member experience

What We're Looking For

Personal Training certification from an accredited organization
CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain it
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, professional, and dependable attitude
Passion for fitness and helping others
Ability to motivate and coach people of different fitness levels
Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team
Willingness to learn and continue developing your coaching skills

Experience is preferred, but we're willing to consider the right candidate who has the passion, professionalism, and desire to learn.
