Location: Southeast Iowa: Clinics located in Mt. Pleasant, Keokuk, Fort Madison, and Burlington
Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $10,000
Schedule: 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) — no nights or weekends

We’re also home to the American Eyecare Med Spa, offering Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) therapy, Low-Level Light Therapy (LLLT), and Botox® treatments — giving you the opportunity to practice at the intersection of medical eye care and aesthetics.

Your Role

We’re seeking a compassionate, motivated Optometrist to join our team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, patient-focused, and excited to grow with a practice that supports personal and professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive eye and vision exams.
Diagnose and manage ocular diseases such as glaucoma and dry eye.
Prescribe corrective lenses and fit specialty contacts.
Provide pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients.
Counsel and educate patients on maintaining lifelong eye health.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical best practices.

Base salary starting at $120,000 plus incentive compensation based on personal production
$10,000 sign-on / relocation bonus
