Full Job Description

Birkwood Village Assisted Living and Memory Care is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to serve as the friendly first point of contact for our residents, families, and guests. If you take pride in being reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely kind to the people around you, we would love to meet you.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What You'll Do

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional, welcoming manner
Greet residents, family members, and guests as they arrive at the community
Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Handle petty cash accurately and responsibly
Communicate with long-term care insurance companies on behalf of our residents
Track and maintain billing records for residents
Assist the Executive Director and Director of Nursing with filing and other administrative support

What We're Looking For

High school diploma
Professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to communicate with professionalism and kindness
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable handling confidential resident and financial information
