Full Job Description

Transformative ABA is a BCBA-owned and operated organization where clinical integrity comes first. We are expanding beyond our two established clinics in Uvalde, TX, and are excited to offer a fully remote BCBA position for the right candidate.

We believe in supporting our clinicians, not burning them out. That means low caseloads (6–8 clients), a low weekly billable minimum (27 hrs), and a supportive infrastructure so you can focus on providing quality services instead of paperwork. Our office manager handles authorizations and forms, and our trainers take the lead on onboarding new employees leaving you time to do what matters most: deliver great ABA therapy.

What We Offer

Base salary of $65,000/year with additional weekly productivity bonuses ($50/hr for each billable hour after meeting 27).
Total earning potential: $65,000 – $83,200/year.
Flexible schedule: You create your own day. As long as billables are met, you’re in control.
Work-life balance built in: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM schedule Monday-Friday, no evenings, weekends, or late nights.

Active BCBA certification.
