JOB SUMMARY

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth for Ray’s dental CBCT and digital imaging solutions across an assigned geographic territory. This role requires a proactive, consultative approach to business development, including partnering with dental dealers and distributors, engaging directly with dental practices, identifying new opportunities, and expanding Ray’s market presence.

Upon successful completion of Ray’s product and territory management training program, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners and dental professionals, conduct product demonstrations, deliver clinical and technical training, manage the sales pipeline, and support customers throughout the purchasing and implementation process. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and play an integral role in achieving territory revenue objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve annual sales goals and market share objectives.
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with dental dealerships, DSOs, specialty practices, and individual dental offices.
Build strong working relationships with dealer sales teams to increase product awareness, generate leads, and drive equipment sales.
Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations of CBCT and digital imaging systems for prospective customers.
Provide product training and sales support to dealership personnel to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through quotation, closing, installation coordination, and post-sale follow-up.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations teams to support successful customer onboarding and ongoing account management.
Attend trade shows, dealer meetings, educational events, and local networking opportunities to generate leads and promote Ray products.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, forecasts, and opportunities within the company's CRM system.
Monitor competitive market activity and provide feedback regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitor products.
Assist with collection efforts and resolution of outstanding accounts receivable issues when necessary.
Successfully complete all product, clinical, and sales training programs and maintain a high level of technical and industry knowledge.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma with a minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in outside sales, medical device sales, dental sales, or B2B sales; OR
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of successful experience in outside sales, medical device sales, dental sales, or B2B sales.
Proven ability to develop new business and grow revenue within an assigned territory.
Strong presentation, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience working with dealers, distributors, or channel partners preferred.
Dental imaging, CBCT, implant knowledge or other dental technology experience strongly preferred.
Ability to effectively present technical products to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent travel (Up to 75%) by driving or flying throughout the assigned territory.
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods during customer visits, training sessions, trade shows, and meetings.
Ability to transport demonstration materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain the ability to drive regularly within the assigned territory.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
