NOW HIRING — CNA / HHA / MEDICAL ASSISTANT HOME CARE & POST-OPERATIVE RECOVERY CARE

We are actively seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Medical Assistants (MA) to join our growing home care and post-operative recovery team serving Miami-Dade & Broward County.

We are looking for professionals who are committed to providing exceptional client care while contributing to a positive, professional, and quality-focused team environment.

POST-OP & HOME CARE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATES

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, dressing, mobility and ambulation Provide compassionate home care and post-operative recovery support Obtain and document vital signs when appropriate and within scope Assist with hydration, meals and snacks Provide medication reminders within scope Document care provided and the client’s response to care Follow the established plan of care and contribute appropriate observations to the care team Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements Maintain a clean and safe client environment Observe clients for changes or concerns and promptly report them to appropriate clinical personnel Interact professionally and respectfully with clients, families and other members of the care team Accompany clients to follow-up appointments when assigned Follow applicable policies, procedures and federal/state requirements Perform additional client-care duties as assigned and within your authorized scope

REQUIREMENTS

✓ Active Florida CNA license OR qualifying HHA certificate/credential OR applicable Medical Assistant credential✓ HHA certificate must include required training/curriculum documentation✓ CPR/BLS certification✓ Professional Liability Insurance — REQUIRED✓ Level 2 Background Screening✓ Valid Driver’s License✓ Reliable Transportation✓ Current Automobile Insurance✓ Current physical/health documentation as required for assignment✓ TB/PPD or other required tuberculosis screening/documentation✓ HIPAA training✓ HIV/AIDS training, as applicable✓ OSHA/Infection Control training, as applicable✓ Alzheimer’s/Dementia training, when required for assignment✓ Elder Abuse, Neglect & Exploitation training✓ Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication training when required for CNA/HHA assignments✓ Proof of employment/work authorization documentation as required✓ Resume✓ Two or more professional references

1–2 YEARS OF CNA/HHA, HOME CARE OR POST-OP EXPERIENCE PREFERRED — BUT NOT REQUIRED.
