As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Oasis at the Conch Republic, Assisted Living Facilities, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team is dedicated to creating a home-like atmosphere where residents can live life to the fullest, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our staff.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and management
Maintain accurate and confidential records and reports
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, including engaging in activities and conversations

Requirements:

Currently certified or eligible to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and colleagues
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
