Job Description

Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President of FCMC
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the President.
Mortgage reporting through Encompass and nCino, or similar platform
Maintain department calendars and schedules
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
Review invoices and route for proper approval
Run and process department reports
Serve as Office Manager, tracking inventory and processing supply orders
Answer main phone lines and route appropriately
File necessary paperwork
Provide event management support as needed
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
