Heights Home Health is looking for experienced caregivers that are compassionate with a strong attention to detail. You will be asked to help clients with daily task while also providing a sense of companionship to overall improve the clientâ€™s quality of life.

Caregivers will be expected to provide exceptional service to clients who may be cognitively challenged, chronically ill or disabled by assisting with daily tasks that clients are unable to perform themselves. These tasks include but are not limited to providing physical assistance with getting in and out of bed, basic hygiene and grooming routines, housekeeping chores, and providing culinary services for clients. Tasks are based on clientâ€™s needs and are subject to change daily.

Caregivers will also be required to demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to carefully follow protocols and rules set by company. Caregiver will assess client upon arrival and throughout shift for any changes in clientâ€™s medical condition. Caregiver should also possess the ability to read verbal and nonverbal cues to properly respond to emergencies in a timely manner. Any changes in patients physical or mental state as well as any injuries or incidents are to be reported to a supervisor immediately.

BENEFITS: This position offers reimbursement for mileage and drive time on top of hourly pay.

* This position is a PRN position meaning "As needed". Applicants will be required to have a flexible schedule.*

*Applicants must be able to provide a valid form of identification and pass a criminal background check*

*Applicant will be asked to review a power point presentation and answers follow up questions to complete application process. Applicants must score 90% or higher to pass. *

El cuidador evaluarÃ¡ al cliente a su llegada y durante el turno para detectar cualquier cambio en la condiciÃ³n mÃ©dica del cliente. El cuidador tambiÃ©n debe poseer la capacidad de leer seÃ±ales verbales y no verbales para responder adecuadamente a las emergencias de manera oportuna. Cualquier cambio en el estado fÃsico o mental del paciente, asÃ como cualquier lesiÃ³n o incidente, debe informarse a un supervisor de inmediato.

BENEFICIOS: Esta posiciÃ³n ofrece reembolso por kilometraje y tiempo de conducciÃ³n ademÃ¡s del pago por hora.
