Overview - Sales Representative – Agricultural Equipment & Industrial Services

Boyd Ag LLC – Manufacturer of aluminum sprayer booms and extensions and seller of used agricultural equipment
Safeguard Controls LLC– Equipment rental and machinery sales
Ironheart Industries – Custom welding and fabrication services

You would be managing customer relationships within 3 businesses that have a connected industry and driving growth within . If you're passionate about the blue collar life, have a strong sales background, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Duties

Actively prospect and generate new sales opportunities for sprayer booms and used agricultural equipment within an existing database of over 40,000 customers to start with.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products, including sprayer booms, equipment specs, and industry trends.
Advise customers on the best solutions for their specific needs, offering tailored recommendations.
Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics, reporting to management regularly.
Provide excellent post-sale support, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfaction.
Assist in resolving any issues related to equipment purchases, warranty claims, or service needs.

Sales Operations

Prepare and send quotes
Coordinate and work closely with the service, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer experience.
Track customer interactions and opportunities within the CRM system
Assist with marketing outreach and promotional efforts to manage and expand sales in assigned regions, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and customer feedback.
Experience in account management and territory management is highly desirable.
Familiarity with technical sales processes and product knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
