Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to be the welcoming face of our organization. This energetic role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily office functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse clients and visitors. Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, using proper phone etiquette to direct calls efficiently
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
Maintain organized filing systems and perform clerical tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and document preparation
Support office management with scheduling appointments, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements
Assist with administrative duties like typing reports, updating records, and supporting client communication
Handle general office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed

Experience

Previous office or administrative experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Effective communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities to serve diverse clients and visitors
Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone reception best practices
Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude
Personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
