Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday 7am-4:30pm
Overtime: Opportunity for Saturday overtime
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a 1st shift production team in the Kings Mountain, NC area. This role involves assembling wood components and finished products while meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble wood components and finished products using hand and power tools
Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions
Measure, cut, align, and fasten materials according to specifications
Inspect completed products to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Meet daily production and performance goals
Assist with other production or warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic experience with hand tools preferred (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
Able to pass pre-employment screening requirements
