Position Overview

As the first point of contact for our agency, you will help create a positive experience for every client while supporting the daily operations of our office. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, personable, trustworthy, and eager to learn. If you enjoy working as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping people, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients and answer a multi-line phone system in a professional, friendly manner.
Manage multiple priorities while demonstrating strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Build positive relationships with clients by serving as a trusted point of contact.
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with policy changes, payments, and claims support.
Communicate effectively with clients, mortgage companies, banks, auto dealerships, and other business partners.
Maintain accurate client records and update information using agency software.
Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Perform other administrative and customer service duties as needed.

Qualifications

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong typing skills with a focus on proofreading and accurate data entry.
Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn agency software.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to accept feedback, adapt to change, and remain composed under pressure.
Strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to ethical business practices.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Successful completion of a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or an office setting.
