Position: Preschool Paraprofessional / After School Care Aid

Employment Type: Part-time

Location: Cadillac, MI

St. Ann Catholic School is accepting applications for a Preschool Paraprofessional/After School Care Aide for the 2026-2027 school year.

Candidate Responsibilities include:

Assisting and supporting the preschool teacher with daily curriculum and routines in an enthusiastic and efficient manner.
Provide an environment that is safe and nurturing inside the classroom and on the playground.
Attend to student’s physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs.
Ability to follow instructions in setting up and running centers set by the preschool teacher.
Helping with snack and lunch time and other duties as needed.

Additional responsibilities include working in the Afterschool Care (ASC) program two to three days per week.

Responsibilities include:

Qualifications:

Prefer candidate who has two or more years working with children or in a preschool environment.
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Prefer candidate with college credits in early childhood.
CPR and First Aid certification or willing to get certified.
Ability to complete 16 hours of training yearly.

Wage and Benefits:

Hourly wage dependent on education and experience
