Company Overview

Plymouth Social is a welcoming neighborhood spot where friends gather to enjoy a creative menu inspired by local favorites, along with craft beers and locally crafted cocktails. We’re excited to build a new restaurant team that shares our passion for great food and community.

Overview

We are hiring for all Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) positions to launch our new restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for energetic, motivated individuals who want to be part of a dynamic team from the ground up. All roles are paid, including internships, and focus on delivering exceptional service and food quality in a lively environment.

Duties

Recruit, interview, and onboard diverse team members for both FOH and BOH roles, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Maintain high standards of sanitation procedures across all areas, including dining spaces, kitchen stations, and storage areas.
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm.
Oversee food safety management practices to ensure compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for order processing and payments while maintaining accuracy.
Support the BOH team in food prep, cooking, plating, and ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment focused on teamwork, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience in either FOH or BOH roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
Familiarity with POS systems will be an advantage but can be learned on the job.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards and supporting team success.
